Order Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order without incurring any additional charges. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped. Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours. Please contact us by email before deciding to cancel your order.


We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product. To return your product, please contact our customer service:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To start the return process, please email us a picture of the product and a picture of the packaging first, plus we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. We can only start shipping after we confirm.

Online Return Policy Guidelines:

1. For products purchased on mokleba, if you need to exchange a product or get a refund, you need to provide a valid order number, as well as a picture of the product and a picture of the packaging.
2.Regarding the time of return, all products on this website, from the time they are delivered to customers, within 30 days, you have the right to apply for a replacement product or a refund.
3.Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing.
4.If the customer's replacement product is out of stock on the mokleba, does not accept replacement applications.

Item(s) must be:

  • In brand-new condition
  • Uninstalled and/or non-assembled
  • Unused, no pieces missing
  • With original tags and packaging
  • All mounting hardware and instructions are included.

Please note that we do not offer any refunds if any of the above conditions are missing.

 Guidelines For Not Accepting Returns:

1. Products without our confirmed consent.

2. No returns or exchanges after 30 days of receipt.

3. Merchandise that shows obvious signs of use, has been worn, damaged, cleaned or installed.

4. Customized items, clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.

Return and Exchange Shipping Costs

Due to the reasons of Mokleba, the problem that needs to be returned and exchanged is handled as follows

When returning
Refund amount: 100% of the total order amount
Return shipping fee: pay by Mokleba
When replacing
Return shipping fee: pay by Mokleba
Re-shipment freight: pay by Mokleba

Send your package

If possible, pack the item in the original shipping box or a sturdy plain cardboard box. Remove or cover any pre-existing labels or stickers. Print the return number and return address label included in the email and attach it to the box with clear packing tape. The box is completely sealed to ensure the item can be transported safely.

If you send it back by yourself, please choose guaranteed logistics

Damaged product box – 15% fee
Return to an incorrect location – 25% restocking fee
Products damaged during shipping cannot be refunde

Undeliverable and Refused Package

If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful for reasons such as refusal, invalid address, or lack of signature, resulting in reshipment or cancellation, you will be responsible for the additional handling and shipping fees that might occur.

Because our shipping warehouse and return warehouse are inconsistent, be sure not to directly reject the delivered goods. If you need to return the item for a refund, you need to contact us after receiving it before returning it. Otherwise, the item will be lost and we will not be able to refund you.

Refund Time:

We will give you a refund after receiving the goods and checking that they are correct. It will take us 1-3 days to process the refund, after the refund, PayPal will take up to 3-6 days to return to your account, please be patient, thank you.
