If you need a delayed shipment, you can contact us at after placing your order and we can delay the shipment time for you depending on the situation.

Shipping Info

  • Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
  • We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.
  • Usually small packages are shipped via UPS or USPS or Fedex.
  • Large or heavy packages are shipped by LTL (such as bathtubs).

Shipping Time

  • Small packages usually take 3-5 working days to ship.
  • Large packages require truck delivery, which usually takes 7-14 working days.
  • Bathtubs can be picked up at the CA warehouse by yourself, which can save $300. After placing an order, you can contact us at to make an appointment for door-to-door pickup.

Orders Tracking

You will be sent at least 2 emails for each order you place:

  • Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details.
  • Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped.

  • Large or heavy item carriers will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery time, so it is important to keep the call open and the address correct, and someone must be present to meet the driver and sign for the package. Any transportation costs or storage fees incurred due to failure to contact or incorrect address will be borne by the customer.

  • The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it on the curb at the door of your home or at the end of your driveway. No free shipping to warehouse or room is provided. This is a large and heavy item, so have someone else help you. If you need to move it indoors, you need to contact us in advance and pay an additional service fee.

  • If the delivery address is a construction site, we will only transport to a safe road and will not drive on any unsafe dirt roads or paths.

  • If you receive a package that is damaged or unusual, please mark "Damaged" on your signature or rejection slip. Then use the email you placed to send us pictures of the packaging and product damage.

  • Please retain all materials from the original packaging of the product as you will need them if you have to return the item.

  • When placing an order, please review your personal information (i.e. shipping address, phone number, email) carefully to avoid any issues or delays in getting your order. Thank you!
  • We are not responsible for any return shipping cost if the product didn’t meet your expectation or placed the wrong order after the order has been shipped out.
  • If you propose to modify the address after delivery, you need to pay the additional service fee.
  • Delivery might take longer during holidays or weekends. 

Damaged or Lost in Transit

  • If you receive a broken or defective product, please contact us at within 48 hours and provide us with product pictures and package pictures, we will send you a replacement or refund after confirmation.
  • If the logistics information shows abnormal or more than normal shipping time, you can also contact us by email to confirm the parcel transportation.

Product Warranty Policy

This product comes with a 1-3 years limited warranty from the date of purchase.  In the event that a part is damaged or missing, we will provide you with replacement part(s) for free. Warranty service cannot be provided for long time daily use wear and tear degradation, installation, damage caused by self-maintenance, improper cleaning and other reasons.
